Wayne Keeton, Founder of Uncommitted University | UU

Wayne Keeton is the Founder of Uncommitted University and the Director of Operations for the Tacoma Baseball Club. With over 12 years of coaching experience and over 20 years of recruiting in Western Washington, ranging from grassroots youth development to managing the TBC Premier 18U travel team, Wayne has seen the baseball recruiting landscape from every possible angle.

A former All-League pitcher and infielder at Henry Foss High School, Wayne knows what it takes to compete at a high level. Over his decade plus coaching career, he has built and managed travel rosters from the ground up, giving him a deep understanding of what college coaches actually look for, and the frustrating, expensive roadblocks families face when trying to get their players noticed.

Frustrated by the exorbitant costs of traditional, outdated recruiting platforms, Wayne founded Uncommitted University in October 2006 to level the playing field for the late bloomer and the player without resources. By combining his deep knowledge of the game with cutting-edge AI tools, strategic social media amplification, and professional video training, Wayne empowers athletes and travel organizations to take complete control of their own recruiting journey without the premium price tag.
