With 12+ years of coaching experience and 20+ years recruiting in Western Washington, from grassroots development to managing the TBC Premier 18U travel team, Wayne has seen the college baseball recruiting landscape from every angle. A former All-League pitcher and infielder at Henry Foss High School, he built Uncommitted University to give players direct access to what he learned building travel rosters and working with college coaches for two decades.
